This extremely succesful Plateau micro-brewery and bar also impresses with its simple yet innovative menu. The emphasis is on simple market cuisine and a short sandwich list featuring well executed and reasonably priced menu items. A recurring favourite is the tasty and well balanced salmon tartare. Reservoir also offers one of the most interesting brunch menus in the city with an emphasis on local products such as pork and seasonal vegetables. Highly recommended.
