POP!
Jazz and winebar that shares a kitchen with the venerable French restaurant Laloux. The food is more international than French and served in small portions, perfect for a weekday meal with a glass of wine. The menu at Pop! has been overhauled as Patrice Demers (the dessert king of Montreal) has moved away from the longer tapas-style menu and replaced it with a shorter punchier menu with a new accent on desserts . Prices are very reasonable and this is one address that may warrant further investigation.
