PINTXO
Pintxo offers a fairly large selection of little bite size tapas dishes (Pintxo apparently being a Basque micro-variant of tapas). You can order individually (they are priced in the $3-$5 range) or take the tasting menu. Since it opened there has been a lot of buzz about Pintxo and I think its safe to say that a lot of people like it, including people whose opinions on food I respect. I ate there once and found the food decidedly average. Although the combination of ingredients in a lot of the dishes sound fantastic on the menu, the product on the plate was quite ordinary. It is not an expensive restaurant and I would probably have come back for a second visit, but our waiter was also a complete twit. This left a bad taste in our mouth and I don't need three strikes to call an out.
