Philinos stands out from the multitude of Greek restaurants on Parc Ave by producing a very well executed version of the standard North American Greek menu (tzatziki, souvlaki, spanakopita fried calamari etc..) in a nice setting. In the summer the terrace is pleasant. The staff are welcoming and the service efficient. If someone tries to get you to go to one of the nasty Greek restaurants on Prince Arthur, get them to come here instead. You'll be happy you did.
