MON-NAN RESTAURANT
An old warhorse of a Chinese restaurant offering a mixed bag of familiar Cantonese and Szechuanese inspired dishes. This is one ugly restaurant but the prices are rock bottom, especially at lunch when $5 will fill you up. Upstairs the Mon-Nan Village offers dim sum, which I have never partaken in, but understood is middle-of-the-road which, in Montreal, is not high praise.
