LALOUX
French influenced cuisine featuring the creative use of local as well as exotic ingredients served in a simple, yet classic, space. The cuisine is bold and confident, plating is beautiful and the wine advice and service are top notch. This is a restaurant that doesn't need to be brash to get attention. Laloux also features, in my opinion, one of the top dessert minds in Montreal, Patrice Demers. Well worth a visit.
