LA MEDUSA
The food at La Medusa is classic Italian with few surprises. The execution is good enough as is the service but its hard to get over the fact that this restaurant is in a semi-basement on a block of downtown Montreal best known as the location of a famous strip club. I personally wouldn't want to go back because I found it gloomy both times I was there and there are a lot of places that can fix you up just as good a meal at the same price. I just don't understand how this place survives, unless its the hordes of tourists who don't know any better.
