DECCA 77
I ate here a few times when it was Tsirco and a couple times since it became Decca 77. It is a really interesting space from an architectural perspective with multiple levels and high ceilings. My first visit to this restaurant was forgettable. I found the food oily and some of the dishes a little too out-of-the-box for my liking. A second visit to take advantage of their $25 three course lunch set menu was much more successful, although not flawless by any means. However, the lunch menu, which features quite innovative contemporary cuisine, is very good value and was impressive enough that I will no doubt return.
