BÜ
Bü was the first high profile wine bar in Montreal and remains a trend setter in this category. The food here takes a backseat to the immense wine list which includes many private importations. The Mediterranean-inspired cuisine consists of appetizer-sized dishes for sharing and a couple of hot entrées every evening. While the food is definitely not the star of the show, it can be quite good, especially if you stick to the appetizers. The cost of the wine is another story.
