BISTRO BIENVILLE
One of the best kept dining secrets in Montreal (for the moment) is this little bistro tucked away at Mentena and Bienville. Offering well conceived and well executed market cuisine at extremely good prices, the dining room of Bistro Bienville is tiny so reservations are a must. The maitre d'hotel is formerly of La Chronique and, in my mind, epitomizes good service, professional and easygoing at the same time. With this much talent in the front and back of house, what more could we ask for? More seating perhaps.
