Modeling itself on a high end Parisian bistro, Alexandre packs them in for lunch and actually manages to reproduce that busy yet refined atmosphere quite well.  The solidly French-themed menu has all the  bistro classics. The food (especially at lunch), if not exceptional, is generally well executed but not a particularly good value. At dinner all bets are off as the food can be maddeningly inconsistent and the restaurant as empty as a graveyard.
