Interesting city for foodies.
My latest updates of dinners at restaurants in Paris are quite recent (last year) but are limited to two tables I had to try out of curiosity since I kept hearing a lot about them:
-Helene Darroze (I was seduced by what I had to the point that it became one of my top favourite parisian restaurants when it comes to fine french dining).
-Astrance: Solid choice. I was just a bit surprised by the number of Michelin Stars that they are now covered with. I suggest a really simple table named L’épi Dupin, on Dupin Street… A group of culinary students and i were introduced to the chef by l’ITHQ, who invited him for Mtl en Lumière a few years ago, and we were plesently surprised by the gracefull simplicity and mixture of diverse influences that makes the new generation of french chefs so interesting. Very far from the stiff classics but still very french
